GOODYEAR BRINGS THE NOISE … MILLENNIUM HIGH ROCKS THEIR NSFD RADIO REMOTE WEDNESDAY

The first chilly Valley morning (OK, but 50 degrees sure feels good for a change) was warmed up by a great reception from Millennium High School at the KEZ (99.9 FM) radio remote. The White Tigers were fortified with 3-D Tea, Arizona Milk Producers products and Sara Lee goodies as they collected cans and raised the volume before classes.

The National Student Food Drive is in the final stretch. Who is going to bring home the John Van Hengel Cup? Who is going to have a night at Harkins Theatre to host their own school’s event? Who’s going to see the Phoenix Coyotes play, I mean, pluck the Anaheim Ducks on Nov. 27, and win gift cards from US Airways? We’ll know soon. Come on food drivers, this is the week that decides everything!

Thanks Millennium. We’ll see you again soon. And thanks to Marty Manning and KEZ for their fantastic support of the NSFD with four great radio remotes again this year. Marty gives his 99.9 percent – plus a little more – again!
