THE ROCKETS TAKE OFF DURING MOON VALLEY NSFD CHANNEL 5 TV APPEARANCE

With signs, posters and lots of enthusiasm, the Moon Valley Rockets were out in force for Wednesday’s final Channel 5 National Student Food Drive television remote of the year. The Moon Valley Key Club has been collecting food and raising awareness of the issue of hunger and we’re happy to have them in the NSFD this year.

St. Mary’s would like to thank Channel 5 program director Seth Parker, meteorologist Paul Horton and all the camerapersons for their great support of the National Student Food Drive this year. We also want to thank 3-D Tea, Sara Lee and the Arizona Milk Producers for distribution snacks to the students during both the radio and television remotes.

OK, the drive is almost over. The totals are being tallied. Who was the WINNER? Stay tuned …
