Phoenix Symphony Shows Benefitting St. Mary’s Set for This Weekend

Those in the Valley who enjoy a night at the symphony have their chance to contribute this weekend.  On March 18-20, The Phoenix Symphony will be performing a tribute to Simon & Garfunkel called “Feelin’ Groovy”, and at the same time will be holding a canned food and cash drive to benefit St. Mary’s.

Before the 8 p.m. performances on March 18 and March 19, as well as the 2 p.m. show on Sunday, March 20, St. Mary’s volunteers will be in Symphony Hall collecting cash and non-perishable food donations. They will also be collecting donations prior to the “Rhythms of the Earth” performance at 2:30 p.m. on March 19.

Help The Phoenix Symphony – in conjunction with the League of American Orchestras – and St. Mary’s feed Arizona’s hungry, and enjoy the show! For more information on the shows this weekend, call the Symphony at (602) 495-1117 or log on to www.phoenixsymphony.org.
