Make this Arizona State University Homecoming extra special by helping to “Make Hunger Disappear” in Arizona on Saturday, Oct. 30. Look for the word “Hunger” spelled out in soup cans – six feet tall and 40 feet wide – on Cady Mall during the Homecoming Festivities. Buy a can of soup for a dollar – the soup goes to the food bank and the dollar allows St. Mary’s to distribute enough food for SEVEN more meals – and help us reach our goal of dismantling the entire structure over the day.
This is another great event by ASU4FOOD, an on-campus group of student volunteers who hold year-round events on behalf of St. Mary’s Food Bank Alliance. Come watch the building of “Hunger” about 8 a.m. on Saturday morning and be the first to help Make Hunger Disappear.
